Today or tomorrow?

 There are so many things that I procrastinate about especially about going to the “gym”.
I always think I’ll go today then tomorrow and it just prolongs. Even though one might say I am thin but that’s not the only thing because a person needs to exercise as its essential for the human body. 
I eat so much of the fast food like Mc. Donalds, Hardees and kfc and i fear that my body's functioning might  mess up someday, so in order to live a healthier life I would need to start exercising and would definitely need “gym” in my life. After all these days of procrastination I hope one day I really make a proper week plan for exercising and will hopefully be successful in it.
